No. The client gets a link by email and signs from anywhere, also from abroad. No account and no app to install. This applies to documents that do not require a notarial deed. ### Can I sign a developer or sale agreement in AutoSignly? No. Agreements requiring a notarial deed, including the developer agreement and the sale agreement, are concluded before a notary. AutoSignly handles the documents around the transaction: brokerage and reservation agreements, consents, reports and agreements with agents. Which document requires which kind of signature is worth discussing with a lawyer. ### We have our own document and consent templates. Do we need to change them? No. You can upload your PDFs as they are - or we can help, free of charge, turn them into templates with variables, so the employee's details, rate, and dates fill in automatically. ### Can AutoSignly or 16IT access my documents?
