## Document ready in 10 minutes. Signature takes a week.

If your business signs dozens of documents a month, the problem isn't the document itself. It's everything that happens between "sent" and "signed and returned".

### You print, scan, and wait

Two printed copies, a signature, a scan, and a reply. For a remote deal, add a courier and a missed delivery. The document that was supposed to take effect on day one comes back mid-month - or not at all.

### You pay a subscription before signing your first document

Signature platforms make you buy an annual package upfront. You pay for months when you signed nothing, and the SMS fees for signing show up as a surprise on the invoice anyway.

### You don't know where any document stands

A spreadsheet with a "status" column, email reminders, a phone call to ask "did it arrive?". If someone disputes a signature on a scanned page, you have nothing to fall back on - no audit trail of who signed and when.

**Every one of these steps costs you days and money - and none of it has anything to do with the document itself.** It's pure loss from a paper-based process. And if the wrong signature type gets used along the way - say, an SMS code under an employment contract - the whole clause can turn out to be invalid at the worst possible moment. See what it looks like when speed and legal compliance work together.

## One link. The entire signing process happens in a browser - the same day.

No printer, no scanner, no courier - just one link. No training and no onboarding project: if you can send an email, you can send a document for signature.

### Add a document

Upload a ready PDF or generate a document from a template - the other party's details fill in automatically from variables, with no retyping.

### Send the signing link

The other party opens the document on their phone and signs in a couple of minutes. No account, no install, no printing.

### Get your signed PDF back

The document comes back with a signature, an electronic seal, a timestamp, and a tamper-evident signing history - for both parties.

You choose the signature type for every document in the tool - from simple to qualified. If you're unsure which form is right for a given contract, consult a lawyer or use **qualified signature (QES)** , which AutoSignly supports on both sides.

### So what does that actually get you?

This isn't about a "digital signature" as a gadget. It's about what actually changes in your business.

#### Document signed the same day

No more waiting a week on the post. **Money and decisions don't get stuck** waiting on a single signature.

#### Cost scales with usage, not the calendar

No subscription. In a month with no documents, **you pay nothing** - instead of being stuck with a package you didn't use.

#### Every document's status on one screen

See who opened it, who signed, and who's dragging their feet. **Reminders go out on their own** - no more calling to ask "did it arrive?".

#### Proof, if a signature is ever disputed

For any document, you can request a signing certificate that captures the full signing history and all metadata. The certificate carries **our seal** , which confirms it's authentic and tamper-evident.

## If you're still printing documents, it's because the alternative looked like a more expensive problem.

Electronic signatures have picked up a lot of myths along the way. Some people think you need a special digital ID or a smart card. Others don't realize eIDAS distinguishes three signature levels with different legal weight - and would rather not risk it, so they stick with paper. Others tried a platform that made them buy an **annual subscription upfront** and go through an IT-led onboarding project - before sending a single document.

Most tools in this category were built for large enterprises: a complicated dashboard, pricing hidden behind a "talk to sales" form. None of them plainly explained which signature type fits which document. No wonder you kept putting it off - **what was missing was a simple tool with real support, one that charges for actual use and tells you upfront when you need a qualified signature.**

We built AutoSignly for exactly that. No subscription, no onboarding project, with real support from people who know your process and the regulations behind it. You'll send your first document for signature in 15 minutes - and if you decide it's not for you, you simply don't top up your account.

### What's held you back so far - and how it works with us

## Fewer days spent on paperwork, zero fixed cost for a subscription.

We're not selling a "digital transformation" promise. We're selling a concrete change you can see from your very first document.

### Instead of a week in the post

The document comes back signed in minutes, not after a missed delivery and a weekend. It takes effect on the date you plan - not "whenever it arrives".

### Before you send your first signature

No subscription, no per-user fees. The account and dashboard are free - you only pay for what you actually sign.

### Per signature, once you're rolling

A simple electronic signature from 0,25 AC net per signer. You only pay for what you actually send - no hidden line items.

Top up your account with AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net) and only spend them when someone signs. In a month without documents, you pay nothing - your credits wait for the next document.

Net rates per signer, decreasing with volume. Free starter pool: 20 AC.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do you have a public API?

Yes. The public REST API is available from 12 September at https://app.autosignly.eu/api/publics/v1 - your own program sends a document for signature and collects the finished file, without anyone logging into our application. You authenticate with a key pair created in the panel, and API access carries no fee of its own: you only pay for signatures. Free sandboxes come with it for testing, and the Java, Node.js and Python clients are open source. Every call is described in the API documentation.

### What's the difference between simple, identity-verified, and qualified signatures?

Simple (SES) is applied in the browser with no identity verification of the signer. Identity-verified electronic signature adds confirmation of the signer via an SMS code (verification via a national eID node or banking app - coming soon). Qualified (QES) is signed with your own qualified certificate, the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature. All three are valid across the EU under eIDAS - it's worth consulting a lawyer on which form fits your document.

### Does the signer need an account, an app, or a digital ID?

No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone's browser - no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) - coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only - you can't sign a company contract this way).

### Do you issue qualified signatures?

No - and that's an important distinction. We provide the tool for signing a document with your own qualified certificate from any trusted provider (e.g. KIR, CenCert, Asseco). Your private key never leaves your smart card - we just guide you through the process and seal the finished document.

### What does it really cost? What about hidden fees?

There's no subscription and no fixed fees. You pay with AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net) for what you actually sign: a simple signature from 0,25 AC, an identity-verified signature from 0,60 AC, a qualified signature from 0,99 AC per signer - cheaper at higher volume. The first user is free, each additional one is 5 AC/month. Every rate is listed on the pricing page, not buried in the terms.

### Who is AutoSignly NOT for?

Honestly: if you sign one document a quarter, the time savings will be noticeable but small - a scanner would do just fine. We deliver the most value to businesses that sign dozens of documents a month: rental, leasing, events, HR, agencies. There, the return on switching to e-signatures shows up from the first week.

### We already use another platform - is switching difficult?

No. We help migrate your document templates and set up your process from scratch, free of charge. There's no fixed-term contract - since you only pay for actual usage, you can run both systems in parallel and switch at your own pace. If, after testing, you decide to stick with your current provider, you simply don't top up your account.
