An employment contract requires written form - you can only conclude it electronically with a qualified electronic signature (QES) from both parties. Civil-law contracts (mandate, contract for specific work, B2B) and most employee documents - consents, statements, policies, NDAs, protocols - can be signed remotely with an identity-verified signature via SMS or a simple signature (without identity verification), depending on how strongly you want to confirm identity. ### Does the signer need an account, an app, or a digital ID? No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone's browser - no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) - coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only - you can't sign a company contract this way). ### We have remote employees across the country.
