We are agentic

## You give the instruction, the agent does the rest in AutoSignly.

The MCP server lets an AI assistant work in your AutoSignly account: it browses templates and documents, generates a document and sends it for signature. You type a plain sentence instead of clicking through the panel.

### Templates and documents

The agent browses your templates, documents, their statuses, tags and attachments.

“Show documents waiting for signature”

### Generate from a template

It fills in the template variables and creates a ready PDF. It can also create a new template.

“Generate an order for Kowalski Ltd”

### Send for signature

It sends the document to the people you name, with a simple, identity-verified or qualified signature.

“Send it for signature to anna@company.com”

### Contacts and rules

It looks up contacts and checks signature rules and SMS coverage in a given country.

“Does SMS work in Germany?”

### Add the MCP server to your Claude Code.

Until the official plugin is published, you add the server manually with one command. No API key to copy: you sign in through the browser with your account, just like in the app.

- Add the server. Run in your terminal:

```
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http \
  --client-id 16it-mcp \
  --callback-port 8765 \
  autosignly https://mcp.16it.eu/mcp
```

- Sign in. In a Claude Code session type the command below, choose autosignly, then Authenticate. Sign in through the browser with your account.

```
/mcp
```

- Give instructions. Type plain sentences, e.g. “list my companies in autosignly”, then “generate a document from the template and send it for signature”.

## Frequently asked questions

### Which AI assistants work with the MCP server?

Today we recommend Claude Code: you add the server with one command from the guide on this page. An official AutoSignly plugin for Claude is in the works. You can connect your own MCP client once we issue you an OAuth client, as described in the “Custom MCP client” section of the documentation.

### Can the agent send a document without my consent?

No. Actions that create data or send signing invitations require your confirmation in the Claude client. The agent uses your account, so it can only do what your permissions allow, and always in the company you choose.

### Does the MCP server work with sandboxes?

No. The MCP server always works on your production environment and has no access to sandboxes. You test integrations through the REST API and the free sandboxes described on the API page.

### Do I need an API key for the MCP server?

No. You don't copy any key or secret. You sign in through the browser with your account, just like in the app, and Claude stores the session locally and refreshes it on its own.

### Do I have to pay extra for API access?

No. API access, keys, webhooks and the client libraries carry no fee of their own - you pay exactly what you pay signing in the app: from 0,25 AC for a simple signature and 0,88 AC for a signature with SMS verification in Poland. There is no API plan, no entry threshold and no call package to buy separately.
