# From template to signed PDF. In one place.

> How it works

You create a document from a template, send a link, the other party signs on a phone, and you receive a sealed file. Below you can see each step.

Canonical page: https://autosignly.eu/en/produkt
Language: en

Step 1 · Template

## Write a document once. Generate it as many times as you like.

You write the template in the editor or upload a DOCX file. You mark the parts that change as variables. When generating, you fill them in with a single form.

- **Variables in double braces.** Type {{clientName}} and you are done. The app recognises which variables it fills in for you.

- **Data from a contact.** Saved contacts insert their details into the document with one pick from the list.

- **System variables.** Today's date, amounts, your company details. You never retype them.

- **Or upload a ready PDF.** No template? Upload a file and send it for signing.

#### Service order

Step 2 · Sending

### You name the signers. The system does the rest.

Each person gets an email with a link. You set the order, and the next signer gets the link only after the previous one signs. You see the status of every document on one screen.

- **Signers do not create an account.** A simple signature and an identity-verified signature are made in the phone's browser, with no app.

- **Signing order.** The document goes to the next person only when the previous one has finished.

- **Reminders and alerts.** Set a deadline and a contact date. You see who is dragging their feet.

Step 3 · Signing

### The other party signs on a phone in a few minutes.

They open the link from the email, check the document and sign. You choose the signature type for each document in the tool, and we show how they differ.

Click the link and sign in the browser. No code.

Confirmation with an SMS code and a passkey on the device. Verification through the national eID node and banking: coming soon.

Your own certificate from a card and the AutoSignly app. You can also download the document, sign it in mObywatel or any other system, and upload it back. We will check the signature. We do not issue certificates.

If you are not sure which signature to choose, consult a lawyer. 16IT is not liable for the legal effects of choosing the wrong signature.

Step 4 · Finished document

### A signed PDF with a seal. And a signature certificate on request.

Once everyone has signed, everyone receives the final file. The PDF alone is enough: it keeps the signatures whether or not you still use AutoSignly.

#### Service order

### Seal and timestamp

A signed document carries an electronic seal. Any change after signing is detectable.

### The document stays yours

You can download the signed file at any time as a standalone PDF.

### Signature certificate

A free PDF describing who signed, when and how identity was verified. You order it from a signed document and receive it by email.

Step 5 · Automation

### The same flow, without the clicking.

The public API lets you upload a document, send it for signing and collect the finished file from your own system. When someone signs, you get a webhook.

- **Sandbox for testing.** Separate keys and separate data. You try things without touching production.

- **Java, Node and Python libraries.** A ready client in three languages and OpenAPI documentation.

- **AI assistants.** Connect AutoSignly to your assistant and ask it to generate a document.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do you have a public API?

Yes. The public REST API is available from 12 September at https://app.autosignly.eu/api/publics/v1 - your own program sends a document for signature and collects the finished file, without anyone logging into our application. You authenticate with a key pair created in the panel, and API access carries no fee of its own: you only pay for signatures. Free sandboxes come with it for testing, and the Java, Node.js and Python clients are open source. Every call is described in the API documentation.

### Does the signer need an account, an app, or a digital ID?

No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone's browser - no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) - coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only - you can't sign a company contract this way).

### Can I sign with someone abroad?

Yes. SMS verification works in many countries, and you can complete an SES or identity-verified signature from any device with a browser. The signature is eIDAS-compliant.

### Is AutoSignly suitable for a sole trader business?

Yes - and it can be especially cost-effective for them. The first user is free, with no subscription. You only pay for signatures - in a month with no documents, you pay nothing. You can also invite clients to sign without buying a licence for them.

### What does it really cost? What about hidden fees?

There's no subscription and no fixed fees. You pay with AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net) for what you actually sign: a simple signature from 0,25 AC, an identity-verified signature from 0,60 AC, a qualified signature from 0,99 AC per signer - cheaper at higher volume. The first user is free, each additional one is 5 AC/month. Every rate is listed on the pricing page, not buried in the terms.
