No. The parent gets a link by email and signs on a phone, from home, from work or from abroad. No account and no app to install. If they prefer, they can sign on a tablet or computer at the front desk. ### Can the contract, GDPR consent and rules be sent together? Yes. You prepare the templates once and send the whole set to the parent at enrolment. Each document stays separate in the archive, so during an inspection you open exactly the one you need. ### We have our own document and consent templates. Do we need to change them? No. You can upload your PDFs as they are - or we can help, free of charge, turn them into templates with variables, so the employee's details, rate, and dates fill in automatically. ### Can AutoSignly or 16IT access my documents? Only you and the people you invite to sign can see the document. Sensitive data - such as personal details or account numbers - is stored in the database in encrypted form, and the key needed to read it is kept separately, so browsing the database alone reveals nothing. Our team does not look into your documents as part of day-to-day work, and every access is logged.
