No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone's browser - no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) - coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only - you can't sign a company contract this way). ### What if the client does not have a smartphone with them? The signing link opens on any device - the client can sign on your tablet or computer at the counter. The SMS code will still arrive on their phone number, so verification remains effective. ### Can I sign a return protocol on-site, away from the office? Yes - the whole process runs in the phone's browser. All you need is signal.
