New Public API and MCP server: an AI agent can prepare a document and send it for signature

Sign documents without a printer, courier, or subscription – the same day.

AutoSignly is an EU electronic signature tool. You send a link, the other party signs on their phone, and you receive a finished PDF with a seal and signing history. eIDAS-compliant, with data in the EU. You only pay for what you sign – no fixed fee.

No credit card · No subscription · No commitment

Sound familiar?

Document ready in 10 minutes. Signature takes a week.

If your business signs dozens of documents a month, the problem isn't the document itself. It's everything that happens between "sent" and "signed and returned". Keep scrolling: a sheet of paper sets off, and we will show you where you lose it.

01

You print, scan, and wait

Two printed copies, a signature, a scan, and a reply. For a remote deal, add a courier and a missed delivery. The document that was supposed to take effect on day one comes back mid-month - or not at all.

02

You pay a subscription before signing your first document

Signature platforms make you buy an annual package upfront. You pay for months when you signed nothing, and the SMS fees for signing show up as a surprise on the invoice anyway.

03

You don't know where any document stands

A spreadsheet with a "status" column, email reminders, a phone call to ask "did it arrive?". If someone disputes a signature on a scanned page, you have nothing to fall back on - no audit trail of who signed and when.

04

You lose days

Every one of these steps costs you days and money - and none of it has anything to do with the document itself.

Documents get lost on the way

The original is stuck with the courier, the scan sits in someone's inbox, the signed copy is in a binder. When you need to show it, the search begins.

06

Your client has time to change their mind

Every day between "yes" and the signature is time to reconsider. A deal waiting for a courier is easy to lose to someone who got it signed faster.

It's not your fault

If you're still printing documents, it's because the alternative looked like a more expensive problem.

Electronic signatures have picked up a lot of myths: that you need a special digital ID or a smart card, that it means an annual subscription and an onboarding project with IT. We built AutoSignly so that it doesn't. No subscription, no onboarding project, with real support from people who know your process and the regulations behind it. You'll send your first document for signature in 15 minutes - and if you decide it's not for you, you simply don't top up your account.

Now the same sheet of paper, only electronic.

The solution

One link. The entire signing process happens in a browser - the same day.

No printer, no scanner, no courier - just one link. No training and no onboarding project: if you can send an email, you can send a document for signature. Keep scrolling: the same sheet now goes through AutoSignly.

1 · Template and a ready PDF

You create the template once

A template from the editor or a DOCX. The parts that change are variables: contact details, amounts and dates fill in on their own.

You generate a PDF with one form

Fill in the variables and the document is ready. No template? Upload a finished PDF.

You send a link by email

Every signer gets their own link. No account, nothing to install, nothing to print.

2 · Status, signature and the finished document

You see the status of every document

You see who has signed and who is still dragging their feet. Reminders go out on their own and alerts watch the deadlines - no more calling to ask "did it arrive?".

The other party signs on their phone

You choose the signature type for each document: simple, identity-verified (SMS code) or qualified with their own certificate.

Simple (SES)Identity-verifiedQualified (QES)

You receive the signed PDF

With an electronic seal and a timestamp, for both parties. If someone disputes a signature, you order a signature certificate: who signed, when and how their identity was verified.

If you're unsure which signature type is right for a given document, consult a lawyer or use qualified signature (QES), which AutoSignly supports on both sides.

What to expect

Fewer days spent on paperwork, zero fixed cost for a subscription.

We're not selling a "digital transformation" promise. We're selling a concrete change you can see from your very first document.

Same day

Instead of a week in the post

The document comes back signed in minutes, not after a missed delivery and a weekend. It takes effect on the date you plan - not "whenever it arrives".

Do you have a public API?+

Yes. The public REST API is available from 12 September at https://app.autosignly.eu/api/publics/v1 - your own program sends a document for signature and collects the finished file, without anyone logging into our application. You authenticate with a key pair created in the panel, and API access carries no fee of its own: you only pay for signatures. Free sandboxes come with it for testing, and the Java, Node.js and Python clients are open source. Every call is described in the API documentation.

What's the difference between simple, identity-verified, and qualified signatures?+

Simple (SES) is applied in the browser with no identity verification of the signer. Identity-verified electronic signature adds confirmation of the signer via an SMS code (verification via a national eID node or banking app - coming soon). Qualified (QES) is signed with your own qualified certificate, the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature. All three are valid across the EU under eIDAS - it's worth consulting a lawyer on which form fits your document.

Does the signer need an account, an app, or a digital ID?+

No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone's browser - no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) - coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only - you can't sign a company contract this way).

Do you issue qualified signatures?+

No - and that's an important distinction. We provide the tool for signing a document with your own qualified certificate from any trusted provider (e.g. KIR, CenCert, Asseco). Your private key never leaves your smart card - we just guide you through the process and seal the finished document.

What does it really cost? What about hidden fees?+

There's no subscription and no fixed fees. You pay with AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net) for what you actually sign: a simple signature from 0,25 AC, an identity-verified signature from 0,60 AC, a qualified signature from 0,99 AC per signer - cheaper at higher volume. The first user is free, each additional one is 5 AC/month. Every rate is listed on the pricing page, not buried in the terms.

Who is AutoSignly NOT for?+

Honestly: if you sign one document a quarter, the time savings will be noticeable but small - a scanner would do just fine. We deliver the most value to businesses that sign dozens of documents a month: rental, leasing, events, HR, agencies. There, the return on switching to e-signatures shows up from the first week.

We already use another platform - is switching difficult?+

No. We help migrate your document templates and set up your process from scratch, free of charge. There's no fixed-term contract - since you only pay for actual usage, you can run both systems in parallel and switch at your own pace. If, after testing, you decide to stick with your current provider, you simply don't top up your account.
