The document circulates while the board is scattered
One board member is in the field, another volunteers after hours, a third checks the post once a week. The document travels by courier or waits for the next board meeting. Five minutes of writing, three weeks of chasing signatures.
A resolution that should already be in force is one signature short
The grant provider asks for a resolution accepting the funding. The deadline passed on Friday. The decision was unanimous and the document is ready – but there is still a blank space at the bottom, and formally you have nothing to show.
The QES card sits in somebody’s drawer
A qualified signature needs your own certificate on a card or token, a reader and a desktop app installed. In an organisation run by volunteers, that card tends to be with the person currently abroad – or the PIN expired six months ago and nobody noticed.

How it works in practice
The resolution goes out as a link.
The board does not have to gather in one room or hunt for a card reader. The document goes to the board members’ phones and you have the full set of signatures the same day.
A resolution from a template, or your own file
Upload a PDF or generate the document from a template that fills in the organisation’s details by itself. Set the resolution template up once and it serves every meeting after that.
One document, every signer
You add the board members to the same document and send in one go. Each of them gets their own link at their e-mail address, signatures are collected in sequence, and you see live who has signed and who has not even opened the document yet.
Signing in the browser, without a trip to the office
The signer opens the link from the e-mail in their browser, reads the document and signs. They do not create an AutoSignly account. You pick the signature form – simple, identity-verified or qualified – in the panel when you send. It works exactly the same for someone who happens to be abroad.
A timestamped PDF for your records
The finished document is a PAdES PDF with a qualified timestamp and the organisation’s electronic seal. For each one you can order a signature certificate with the full history: who signed, when and by which method. Grant audit or annual report – you have the whole set.

You add every member of the body to a single document at once – nobody creates an AutoSignly account. Each of them gets their own link at their e-mail address, opens it in a browser, reads the text and signs (signatures are collected in sequence). Does the signer need an account, an app, or a digital ID?+
No. For a simple signature and an identity-verified signature, the other party gets a link and signs in their phone’s browser – no account, no app, no digital ID (verification happens via an SMS code). Verification via a digital ID or banking node (national eID node) – coming soon. A qualified signature requires your own certificate on a smart card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (for individuals only – you can’t sign a company contract this way).
Who can join the programme for nonprofits?+
Foundations, associations and public-benefit organisations registered in the Polish KRS or in the equivalent register in their own country. The terms: -50% across the whole price list for 6 months from opening the account, and after that -30% indefinitely, for as long as the organisation keeps its status. Plus 20 AC to start with. For organisations that open an account by 30 September 2026 we move the documents and set up the templates free of charge. There is no revenue threshold, no minimum top-up and no fixed-term contract – you pay only for what you send out for signature.
What exactly am I paying for with a single document?+
For each signer, according to the signature method chosen. Example: a document signed with SMS verification by two parties = 2 × 0,88 AC = 1.76 AC – the price already includes the signature and the SMS code (0,70 AC signature + 0,18 AC SMS; SMS price calculated for Poland). A simple signature (SES) is applied without identity verification.
Is this GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. The electronic signature is eIDAS-compliant and valid across the entire EU, and for each document you can order a signature certificate reflecting the full history and metadata – who signed, when, and by what method – sealed with our stamp, which guarantees its authenticity and immutability. We sign a data processing agreement with clients, and you control access to folders through permissions.
We already use another platform – is switching difficult?+
No. We help migrate your document templates and set up your process from scratch, free of charge. There’s no fixed-term contract – since you only pay for actual usage, you can run both systems in parallel and switch at your own pace. If, after testing, you decide to stick with your current provider, you simply don’t top up your account.
