Sales documents signed on the spot. No client travel, no courier.Pay for signed deals, not for every agent.
The brokerage agreement, reservation, consents and handover reports reach the client in one link. They sign from the phone before seeing the first flat or while back from holiday, and you see who has signed and who needs a reminder. No subscription and no licences for the sales team. You pay per signature, so the cost rises with sales and falls between project phases. Prices are public.

Sound familiar?
The client is ready, and the contract is still on its way by courier.
In property sales, days decide everything. The reservation, the brokerage agreement and the consents must be signed before the client changes their mind or calls a competitor. Paper does not help.
A client from another city or from abroad
The investor lives in London and the reservation agreement waits for a visit to the sales office. The reservation deadline passes and the unit goes to whoever signed first.
Agents with folders in their cars
Every agent carries forms, and contracts return to the office after several days. Nobody knows how many are signed, how many are still with clients and who holds which documents.
Hundreds of documents per development
Reservations, addenda, consents, unit handover reports. For a development of 200 flats that is thousands of pages to prepare, send out, collect and file.
Sound familiar?
You already have a signing tool. You pay for every agent, not for signed deals.
A licence for every agent
Every agent and every person in the sales office is a separate seat on the subscription, including those who sign a few documents a month.
Sales come in waves, the subscription doesn't
At a project launch and during unit handovers there are several times more documents than between phases. The envelope package either runs out or goes to waste.
You don't know what handling one deal costs
Subscription, limits, surcharges for SMS and extra accounts. It's hard to work out the signing cost of one deal and factor it into the commission or the project budget.
What an agency and a developer sign
From the brokerage agreement to the unit handover report.
The same templates and the same flow handle every document that travels on paper today.
Brokerage agreements
Orders and agreements with owners and buyers, signed before the agent shows the first property.
Reservations and consents
Reservation agreements, consents and statements of developer clients, also those from another city or from abroad.
Reports and handovers
Viewing, unit handover and delivery reports, signed on site from a phone.
Agents and cooperation
Agreements with agents, NDAs and cooperation agreements with other agencies, and commission addenda.
The solution
One link. The entire signing process happens in a browser - the same day.
No printer, no scanner, no courier - just one link. No training and no onboarding project: if you can send an email, you can send a document for signature. Keep scrolling: the same sheet now goes through AutoSignly.
1 · Template and a ready PDF
You create the template once
A template from the editor or a DOCX. The parts that change are variables: contact details, amounts and dates fill in on their own.
You generate a PDF with one form
Fill in the variables and the document is ready. No template? Upload a finished PDF.
You send a link by email
Every signer gets their own link. No account, nothing to install, nothing to print.
2 · Status, signature and the finished document
You see the status of every document
You see who has signed and who is still dragging their feet. Reminders go out on their own and alerts watch the deadlines - no more calling to ask "did it arrive?".
The other party signs on their phone
You choose the signature type for each document: simple, identity-verified (SMS code) or qualified with their own certificate.
You receive the signed PDF
With an electronic seal and a timestamp, for both parties. If someone disputes a signature, you order a signature certificate: who signed, when and how their identity was verified.
If you're unsure which signature type is right for a given document, consult a lawyer or use qualified signature (QES), which AutoSignly supports on both sides.
What to expect
Fewer days spent on paperwork, zero fixed cost for a subscription.
We're not selling a "digital transformation" promise. We're selling a concrete change you can see from your very first document.
Instead of a week in the post
The document comes back signed in minutes, not after a missed delivery and a weekend. It takes effect on the date you plan - not "whenever it arrives".
Before you send your first signature
No subscription, no per-user fees. The account and dashboard are free - you only pay for what you actually sign.
Per signature, once you're rolling
A simple electronic signature from 0,25 AC net per signer. You only pay for what you actually send - no hidden line items.
Top up your account with AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net) and only spend them when someone signs. In a month without documents, you pay nothing - your credits wait for the next document.

Get in touch →Does the client have to come to the office or the building site to sign?+
No. The client gets a link by email and signs from anywhere, also from abroad. No account and no app to install. This applies to documents that do not require a notarial deed.
Can I sign a developer or sale agreement in AutoSignly?+
No. Agreements requiring a notarial deed, including the developer agreement and the sale agreement, are concluded before a notary. AutoSignly handles the documents around the transaction: brokerage and reservation agreements, consents, reports and agreements with agents. Which document requires which kind of signature is worth discussing with a lawyer.
We have our own document and consent templates. Do we need to change them?+
No. You can upload your PDFs as they are - or we can help, free of charge, turn them into templates with variables, so the employee's details, rate, and dates fill in automatically.
Can AutoSignly or 16IT access my documents?+
Only you and the people you invite to sign can see the document. Sensitive data - such as personal details or account numbers - is stored in the database in encrypted form, and the key needed to read it is kept separately, so browsing the database alone reveals nothing. Our team does not look into your documents as part of day-to-day work, and every access is logged. We disclose your data only when ordered to by a Polish court - never at the request of a foreign government.
Do I pay per user?+
The first user on an account is free; every additional one costs 5 AC per month. A user is someone at your company who sends documents and manages the workflow. Signers don't need an account - you pay for their signature, not for an account.
Can I try it before buying?+
Yes - you start with 20 AC, so you can freely test all features on real documents. You create a free account without a card and check out the entire flow. Some services come with extra free limits (10 email notifications, 10 MB of storage). No subscription - you only pay for what you actually use.
A Polish subscription platform costs 89 PLN/month - is AutoSignly always cheaper?+
Almost always - for typical usage by Polish companies. A typical subscription with that kind of provider is 1,068 PLN/year plus a separate surcharge for SMS verification. AutoSignly does not charge a subscription: you pay only for each signature. Break-even point: if you were signing exclusively with SES (0,30 AC/signature), you would need more than 3,560 documents a year (about 297 a month) for such a subscription to match it on cost. For a signature with SMS verification (0,88 AC/signature - 0,70 AC signature + 0,18 AC SMS; SMS price calculated for Poland), the break-even point is about 1,214 documents a year. In practice, Polish SMEs sign anywhere from a few dozen to a few hundred documents a month - AutoSignly is cheaper.
We already use another platform - is switching difficult?+
No. We help migrate your document templates and set up your process from scratch, free of charge. There's no fixed-term contract - since you only pay for actual usage, you can run both systems in parallel and switch at your own pace. If, after testing, you decide to stick with your current provider, you simply don't top up your account.
How much does SMS verification cost?+
SMS applies to the identity-verified signature and is billed separately - it is a separate line item alongside the signature price. SMS verification costs from 0,18 AC per message (also for resending the code, possible after 5 minutes) - the price depends on the recipient's country (full price list in the app). A simple signature (SES) is signed in the browser without identity verification, so it does not generate any SMS costs.
What are AC credits?+
AC stands for AutoCoin - AutoSignly's internal currency used to pay for signatures and verifications. The conversion is simple: 1 AC = 1 PLN net. You top up your account with any amount you want - for example, topping up 100 AC gives you 100 credits to use in the system, and an invoice for 123 PLN (100 PLN net + 23% VAT). You use credits to pay for signatures, verifications, and add-on services - no subscription and no packages that expire at the end of the month.
