Equivalent to a handwritten signature. Required wherever the law demands written form: employment contracts, transfer of copyright, exclusive licenses. We don't issue qualified signatures - we provide the tool in which you sign the document with your own certificate.

Net prices in AutoCoin credits (1 AC = 1 PLN net), per signer on a document. The price tier depends on the total number of signatures of that type in the billing period. Prices shown in EUR, USD or GBP use a fixed rate, not the daily exchange rate. We settle account top-ups in PLN, EUR and USD.
Identity verification
You decide how strongly to verify the signer.
For an identity-verified electronic signature, SMS code verification is currently available. A simple signature (SES) is signed without identity verification, while a qualified signature (QES) confirms identity with your own qualified certificate on a card and the AutoSignly desktop app, or the mObywatel app, where you get 5 free signatures (individuals only - you cannot use it to sign contracts on behalf of a company).
A one-time code sent to the signer's phone. Charged for every send - the initial code and any resend (available after 5 minutes). Works globally, in many countries. SMS verification costs from 0,18 AC per code - the price depends on the recipient's country (full price list in the app).
The signer confirms identity by logging into their banking app. An alternative to SMS for the identity-verified signature - coming soon.

AC stands for AutoCoin - AutoSignly's internal currency used to pay for signatures and verifications. The conversion is simple: 1 AC = 1 PLN net. You top up your account with any amount you want - for example, topping up 100 AC gives you 100 credits to use in the system, and an invoice for 123 PLN (100 PLN net + 23% VAT). You use credits to pay for signatures, verifications, and add-on services - no subscription and no packages that expire at the end of the month.
What exactly am I paying for with a single document?+
For each signer, according to the signature method chosen. Example: a document signed with SMS verification by two parties = 2 × 0,88 AC = 1.76 AC - the price already includes the signature and the SMS code (0,70 AC signature + 0,18 AC SMS; SMS price calculated for Poland). A simple signature (SES) is applied without identity verification.
Do I pay per user?+
The first user on an account is free; every additional one costs 5 AC per month. A user is someone at your company who sends documents and manages the workflow. Signers don't need an account - you pay for their signature, not for an account.
How much does SMS verification cost?+
SMS applies to the identity-verified signature and is billed separately - it is a separate line item alongside the signature price. SMS verification costs from 0,18 AC per message (also for resending the code, possible after 5 minutes) - the price depends on the recipient's country (full price list in the app). A simple signature (SES) is signed in the browser without identity verification, so it does not generate any SMS costs.
How do I know which signature method to choose?+
If you are not sure, it is best to check the choice with a lawyer, who will assess the formal requirements for the specific document. If you need a solution right away, choose the QES signature - it has the highest evidentiary value, is equivalent to a handwritten signature, and works wherever the law requires written form.
Can I try it before buying?+
Yes - you start with 20 AC, so you can freely test all features on real documents. You create a free account without a card and check out the entire flow. Some services come with extra free limits (10 email notifications, 10 MB of storage). No subscription - you only pay for what you actually use.
Will I get a VAT invoice for a top-up?+
Yes - we issue a VAT invoice for every account top-up. Prices in the price list are net prices, so, for example, a top-up of 100 AC results in an invoice for 123 PLN (100 PLN net + 23% VAT).
